Brass grinding
For the production of mainly interior elements, we offer grinding of brass profiles and cut parts. Grinding removes rough defects, unifies the material surface and creates the basic grinding structure.
K240
nejpoužívanější povrch určený pro průmyslové použití a gastrovýrobu. Jedná se o hrubé opracování povrchu materiálu, při kterém se odbrousí původní pórovitá vrstva, odstraní se většina defektů na povrchu a vytvoří se struktura brusu zrnem 240. Jedná se o předpřípravu materiálu, po němž by mělo následovat finální broušení, které si zákazník provede sám po zpracování materiálu.
K320
má o stupeň jemnější strukturu brusu než varianta K240. Používá se u povrchů materiálů určených pro konstrukce zábradlí, schodišť, nábytku a jiných stavebních prvků. Je vhodný pro většinu standardních výrobků jak v interiérech tak i v exteriérech.
K320/SB
je určen pro esteticky a designově náročnější realizace v interiérech, například nerezové součásti nábytku, osvětlení, nebo i nerezových uměleckých objektů. Vyznačuje se jemným kartáčovaným povrchem. Označení SB znamená, že na posledním brusném válci, který zjemňuje strukturu brusu K320, je pás Scotch-Brite.
K240
the most commonly used finish intended for interior and design elements. It removes rough defects and creates a uniform structure. After K240, final grinding or polishing usually follows.
K240/SB
intended for more visually demanding interior applications, such as design furniture components. Equivalent to Scotch-Brite, it has a finer structure than the standard K240 finish.
K320
has a finer structure than K240. Used for applications requiring a smooth and uniform surface. Suitable for interior use.
K320/SB
intended for aesthetically demanding applications such as furniture elements or railings. It refines the K320 finish and is even finer than K240/SB.
