Stainless steel grinding improves the quality, functionality and appearance of stainless materials. We use modern grinding machines that remove surface defects such as scratches, grooves and burrs. This ensures a uniform, visually consistent ground structure.

We provide pre-grinding of stainless steel in several variants, depending on the appearance, length and other subsequent processing requirements.
K240
the most commonly used finish intended for industrial applications and flat bars. Removes coarse defects and creates a uniform structure. After K240, final grinding (K320) or polishing is recommended.
K240/SB
intended for visually demanding applications such as visible stainless constructions. Further polishing is not required. The structure is finer than K240 and resembles Scotch-Brite.
K320
has a finer structure than K240. Used for constructions requiring a smooth and uniform surface. The required effect is achieved by multiple grinding steps.
K320/SB
intended for visually demanding applications such as visible stainless structures. It refines the K320 finish and is finer than standard Scotch-Brite.

We perform profile grinding in the dimensions listed below. Polishing variants outside the listed range can be made after individual consultation. Processing of profiles and dimensions not listed must be verified for each specific enquiry.
